We eventually agreed on a price. Which was no easy task with this realtor in the middle dragging her feet. (one would be beginning to assume she is looking for her own buyer to get double commission)

This is not the first house I have bought. Now I know you work for your seller, but I do not think it is good practice to make the buyer feel like the enemy. If you treat everyone this way eventually you will have no business. Your office was reflected poorly to everyone involved in this transaction. I don't expect or even want a response to this e-mail, and i realize in your eyes I am somehow going to be the party at fault. I am sure you now that this person already has a bad reputation in the industry. People hear the name and know right away she likes to play games and makes the process difficult.

During negotiations this Realtor shut her phone off on a Thursday night and did not turning it back on until Monday while showing the house all weekend. This is just not professional.

I suppose you need a degree in theater to put on a smile and act so nice while you are trying to screw that person over.

I had a terrible experience buying a house form a Realtor from this company. Everything this person did was borderline unethical and I have not decided if this was done maliciously or just a result of carelessness.

Finally my closing date was getting pushed back due to a paperwork error, and I asked for a use and occupy agreement (just to move stuff in while I had people to help). The sellers were receptive and the sellers lawyer was receptive and of course the Realtor stepped in and talked the sellers out of it. Just one final jab so I remember that I am actually the enemy.

Two days into attorney review, it gets canceled via a message sent to my lawyer without consulting the sellers lawyer. The seller's lawyer was quite embarrassed upon learning this. Attorney review was cancel because multiple offers were on the table (because she had dragged her feet for well over a week at this point). At this point we do not even trust this Realtor enough to put an offer through her because we assume she will just tell her buyer our price and beat it. I end up negotiating with the seller's lawyer and the sellers. Which I wish I would have done in the first place, it would have saved me the time, hassle and money.
